rmvb 轉 DVD (VCD) 最快的轉檔

個人是覺得他比目前的 TMPGEnc 或是 WinAVI 轉檔還快 又方便
還可以選擇每小時的影片品質.
如在搭配TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 就可以很輕鬆的備份你所下載的影片了
以下內容跟帖回復才能看到..但是不會使用...轉RMVB會低大大可以教學囉
目前我轉不出...好像缺支援.....

請問這軟件有無得選畫質的？
如果係普通轉〔不包括rmvb)，威力導演係最好的。剪輯畫面時間精準。
