when u hang the computer
u can see see u r hdd light on or off
I think the computer loading too heavy
and then computer can not finish loading
so, it will lost the connection.
some time I got this problem too
I think the steam got the problem
it is not just me.
I have many friends got that problem too

And then, user needs interrupt the connection and reboot the computer immediately. they can turn on the connection when the computer have rebooted which accessed to the user operation system already because i have the above probelm before.
