芒果糯米糍 [圖文一齊]

芒果糯米糍

將芒果切開

起芒果肉..........待用

250ml 糯米粉 (綜合多人意見~~~可加多20-30g糯米粉.....會無咁軟)

加一包芒果汁.......相等 250ml (綜合多人意見~~~可用鮮芒果汁....會濃味d)

加10茶 spoon 糖........

一定要.............繼少繼少加入糯米粉,否則變了一舊!

一路攪........一路攪

攪到無晒粒狀

欏去叮4 min............及一定要用蓋,否則會叮乾,無用!(如用蒸~~~可蒸20 min)

Ok..........取出,小心好熱家!!

準備椰絲............

由於用晒即棄膠手套,今次用保鮮紙頂上,並搽d牛油,避免『痴』手!(注意:要搽牛油:msn22: )

加上芒果粒......

再搓...........
