【自製】日本草餅(有圖)
首先·····準備糯米粉···糖····豆沙(外面有得買,但係我係自製)····色素(可加可唔加)····同埋用嚟放嘅紙·····
色素····我喺aus···所以唔知hk邊度有得買····

之後準備好紙杯仔·········supermarket應該有得買···有大中細嘅size·····

豆沙····都係自製嘅···· 不過外面應該有得買······

首先要將適量糯米粉ling去炒····炒5分鐘左右····熟咗就可以用嚟做d草餅嘅外面嘅粉······幾多就要睇你整幾多草餅···
我嘅經驗就係唔洗好多都得咖啦····· 之後放落碟度待用·······

之後就再ling d未熟嘅糯米粉···同埋糖···都係嗰句····睇妳要整幾多···同埋食得幾甜··不過粉同水嘅比例就係1:1·········我就係用一碗粉+2茶匙糖(我食得好淡)···

水···一碗····一定要係滾水····剛剛煲好嗰d···之後加一兩滴色素·····

撹埋一齊······

ling入微波爐最高嗰個火叮2分鐘······之後ling出嚟···再撹·····之後再叮1分半鐘·······

之後就變成咁·······

之後就可以開始整····戴手套(平時整嘢食嗰d)·····同埋手套外面最後有層粉···咁包嗰時就唔會“癡”········
將d糯米粉用spoon “不”到炒熟嘅糯米粉度·····最好係一樣分量····唔係會整到一舊大一舊細······

之後就將d粉整到成舊嘢都係····咁就唔會“癡”手·····小心熱····
之後就好似平時我哋包湯圓咁···將d豆沙放入嗰團粉度····之後收口··再放入嗰個熟粉度整下···等佢成隻都唔“癡”·最後···放落紙杯嗰度·······
done·········但係最好唔好放落雪櫃·····因爲會硬········
