1. 包雜菜卷時,要用力將卷包實,如包得太鬆,會影響口感。
2. 越南米紙和紫蘇葉可於南貨店、東南亞食店和泰國雜貨店購買。

叉燒----------------120克
唐生菜--------------1棵
紅蘿蔔--------------1/2個
白蘿蔔--------------1/2個
薄荷葉--------------10片
芫荽----------------2棵
越南米紙------------1包
炸乾裢碎------------少許
甜酸汁--------------3 湯匙

1. 越南米紙用暖水浸2分鐘,用布抹乾。
2. 唐生菜鋪於越南米紙上。叉燒、紅蘿蔔及白蘿蔔切絲,用甜酸汁拌勻,放於唐生菜上。
3. 鋪上薄荷葉、乾裢碎及芫荽,包成春卷狀即成。

BARBECUED PORK & MIXED VEGETABLE ROLLS

barbecued pork 120g
Chinese lettuce 1stalk
carrot 1/2
turnip 1/2
mint 10 pcs
Chinese parsley 2stalks
Vietnamese rice papers 1 pack
finely chopped dried shallot
sweet and sour sauce 3tbsp

1. Soak Vietnamese rice papers in warm water for 2 mins. Wipe dry.
2. Place Chinese lettuce onto Vietnamese rice papers, Shred barbecued pork, carrot and turnip. Mix with sweet and sour sauce. Put onto Chinese lettuce.
3. Place mint, shallot and parsley on top. Wrap into rolls and serve.[/font][/color][/size]
